Welcome to Xinh & Shine Hair Lab. By booking an appointment or using our website at www.xinhandshine.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

Xinh & Shine Hair Lab provides professional hair and makeup services at our salon located at 9109 42nd Ave N, New Hope, MN 55427. Service availability, pricing, and stylists are subject to change without notice.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Appointments are confirmed only after full payment is received via Stripe.
  • All prices are in USD. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
  • A booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
  • By completing a booking, you confirm the appointment details are accurate.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • 24-hour notice required: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment time.
  • Late cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.
  • To cancel or reschedule, contact us at hello@xinhandshine.com or call us directly.

4. No-Show Policy

Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice ("no-shows") forfeit their payment. Repeat no-shows may result in requiring a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued at our discretion. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 7 days and we will work to make it right. Refunds are not issued for completed services absent a documented service failure.

6. Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and have no cash value.
  • Gift cards do not expire.
  • Lost or stolen gift card codes cannot be replaced.

7. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages (appointment confirmations and reminders) from Xinh & Shine Hair Lab. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Standard message and data rates may apply.

8. Liability

Xinh & Shine Hair Lab is not liable for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities arising from services. It is your responsibility to inform your stylist of any known allergies or sensitivities before services begin.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including photos, text, and branding — is owned by Xinh & Shine Hair Lab and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hennepin County, Minnesota.
